I am new to the wide wonderful world of home computers. Naturally I took the manufacturer up on the free 3 month internet service that came with my PC. What a nightmare that was!! I was forced to use this providers news screen, and their e-mail. I was constantly practicing my re-connect skills. I had serious thoughts of putting the entire PC back into its box and getting my money back. Then I overheard my co-workers talking about their problems with the same Big Time internet provider. I quickly butted in to this conversation long enough to get the recommendation to go to NetBoise. I am so thrilled with my speedy, hassle free service and the personal touch of NetBoise communications. I can use Internet Explorer and most important, I use Outlook for my e-mail. Thanks to NetBoise I am keeping my PC and throwing away the boxes it came in!!

The thrill of just adding a NEW CONNECTION and not having to insert a CD or download gobs of stuff to get connected to the Internet was unbelievable. The updates I do are ones I want or need; not a BIG conglomerate company that gives me no say in the matter. Computers are our link to a great frontier of ideas and information. I've been with NetBoise for nearly 12 months and have noticed so many positive things that I've enjoyed with NetBoise that makes it the top choice of dial-up providers in my book.

Customer service at NetBoise is top-notch! Problems or queries to NetBoise are quickly addressed and solutions or answers are provided diligently. NetBoise has been very reliable.

NetBoise's astoundingly competitive with their prices. For the quality of service and rock solid connection, I'd expect to pay more. And all this without ads and propaganda. I like that payment options and classic payment methods (check/money order) are provided for those wary of the internets security in regards to Credit payment. Flexibility is a very attractive quality and NetBoise has it!

NetBoise allows freedom from advertisements upon connection! Others, such as AOL and MSN seem to be increasing in these. Just simply connect and launch Internet Explorer on your way to your favorite default Website.

No software is needed to connect with NetBoise. Other Web/Net providers use their connection software to make it "easier" for the consumer to configure their systems to utilize their network, but I find it also slows your connection time, uses up PC resources and serves no other purpose other than to make the customer feel like their provider is sophisticated and high-quality. Result: Slow and flashy.

I plan to be with NetBoise for quite a time to come! I'd hate to sacrifice by going to another provider.

I'm more than happy to tell others about how great NetBoise.com, now NetClassic.com, has been as an Internet Service Provider. I've been with you folks for a little over a year now and have been consistently impressed with the excellent connect speeds and support. While I was with Micron.net, my average connect speeds were 25 to 38 kbps. seldom any faster. With NetBoise.com, I consistently connect at 44 kbps and sometime even 48 kbps. Pretty good for the tired old phone system in Mtn Home ID.

As your services have grown, your support folks were very helpful in informing me of improvements in security and services.
